Nitro SXT
Nitro SLT
Nitro R/T
Inthe Nitro SXT and Nitro SLT is a 3.7L SOHC V6.
The Nitro R/T features a new 4.0L SOHC V6.
Standard on the Nitro R/T and optional on the Nitro SLT and SXT is a new performance suspension providing performance oriented drivers with fun to drive handling and a firm ride.
Three transmissions are available:one manual, and two automatic. Nitro SXT comes standard with a six-speed manual or optional four-speed automatic. The Nitro SLT has a standard four-speed automatic. The Nitro R/T has a standard five-speed automatic. All US models offer 4X2 and 4X4 capability. The Nitro boasts excellent acceleration, braking, handling and towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. when properly equipped. |

 Standard on the Dodge Nitro SLT, Dodge Nitro SXT and Dodge Nitro R/T is the LOAD 'N GO cargo floor, it slides out 18 inches over the rear bumper to make loading heavy or awkward items easier.
With a whooping 400-pond capacity and six tie-downs, you'll wonder how you ever lived with out it.
It is made of heavy duty plastic for easy cleaning.
Seats include front passenger forward fold-flat and rear 65/35 split-folding with recline.
